Ann's Troll
Kay do you remember when we went to Ann Templeton's house in New Mexico? She had so many interesting things in her house and studio. This is Ann's mantel that I took photos of and now I have painted the poor ole troll in all her finest! That was a fun trip! This watercolor is painted on Arches paper and is 22x28.

Yep, that was September 2004 at Ken Hosmer's workshop. Ann has since moved back to Houston.
Good job on the troll.
I noticed she has been doing a lot of workshops around the country. I can't beleive it's been that long! Time flies when you are having fun.
I always liked this one. But have always seen her as a washer woman. Guess it got too cold for Ann in NM.

I think she is a washer woman but a carved figure and Ann called her a troll. She had picked up on her travels somewhere.
