Olive Garden Magnolias

I put both flowers for the challenge together & came up with this painting. I hope everyone else gets one of these.beautiful flowers finished & posted.. So much fun to see all the different ideas that each one of us come up with.

Linda's Challenge - Or My Magnolias

22x15 watercolor on Italia Acquerello 140 cold press paper finished up today. Linda's challenge called for us to use magnolia photos as inspiration, so that I did, using only a black and white print. All color is fabricated as are the leaves and blooms. Her photos were white blooms so mine are pink tinged. Look closely and you can see negative stems and shapes hiding amongst the tree branches.
