"Under His Wing" by Leada Wood
"Under His Wing" by Leada Wood (C)2010 All Rights Reserved This was my last painting that I had started for the Angels We Have Heard On High show but alas it didn't get finished in time. I just finished it yesterday and thought I would share it with you anyway. This work is 12X24 inches on crescent illustration board and has layers of texture and painted with liquid acrylics. I used real feathers for the wing, glued one at a time! I embelished the raised stars with embossing medium. There is a lost and found message throughout the painting. Hope you can make our show and see all our heavenly angels! http://www.leada-wood.artistswebsites.com/ http://www.leadasblog.blogspot.com/ http://www.mixedmediaartistsinternational.blogspot.com/ |
