Profusion of Petunias

8x13 watercolor of my white hanging basket of 'tunias; have painted these delicate floppy blooms so many times! But never tire of it as they remind me of white petticoats girls used to wear back when girls were girls. It is both wet in wet and wet in dry.  Poor petunias are suffering in this dry heat! Yesterday what was left of hydrangeas just folded their leaves as if they gave up; only a few blooms left of this pot of petunias.  It is now
SOLD.

Very nice. Does look like the Girls are kicking up their hills & petticoats are dancing.

Gorgeous Kay! Little dancing ballerinas. It is so hard to keep everything alive isn't it!
